Answer:

Difference between science and technology

Explanation:

The words science and technology can and often are used interchangeably. But the goal of science is the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake while the goal of technology is to create products that solve problems and improve human life. Simply put, technology is the practical application of science.

Science encompasses the systematic study of the structure and behaviour of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment, and technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes.

Science is the study of the natural world and how it works. Technology puts scientific knowledge to work to solve problems, either by building things or by finding new ways to do things.

Scientific knowledge is used to create new technologies. New technologies often allow scientists to explore nature in different ways and make new discoveries. Examples of technologies that have helped science advance include the telescope and microscope.

The conclusion was “that most scientific fields are much more strategically important to technology than data on direct transfers of knowledge would lead us to believe”

In today's world, the role of science and technology is indispensable. We need Science and Technology in every sphere of our life like to treat diseases such as cancer or even to book a cab or train/flight ticket. In fact, without technology (integrated with science), we cannot imagine our life per se.

Hope it helps :)..........

Assume that 25 ml of 0.440M NaCl are added to 25 ml of 0.320M AgNO3.
Genrish500 [490]
The balanced chemical equation would be as follows:

<span>NaCl + AgNO3 -> NaNO3 + AgCl

We are given the amounts of the reactants. We need to determine first which one is the limiting reactant. We do as follows:

0.0440 mol/L NaCl (.025 L) = 0.0011 mol NaCl -----> consumed completely and therefore the limiting reactant
0.320 mol/L AgNO3 (0.025 L) = 0.008 mol AgNO3

0.0011 mol NaCl ( 1 mol AgCl / 1 mol NaCl) = 0.0011 AgCl precipitate produced
