Motivation.
Self esteem.
Diet.
Consistency.
A standard or traditional work out schedule used day after day. month after month is not good. Yes it is consistent so therefore, workouts should always switch up every 3-4 weeks. Unless you build up the lbs. only then will it be appropriate to do so, but eventually the workouts will still have to change. Weeks of cardio should also be integrated into a workout plan. days off. of break weeks are good time to do cardio.
