~Simplify

$= \frac{12}{30}$

~Simplify

= $\frac{6}{15}$

~Simplify

$= \frac{2}{5}$

2/5 = 0.4

2/3 = 0.6...

0.6... > 0.4

It will be LESS then 2/3.
