Coterminal angles are angles that have the same terminal sides in standard position.

Anytime we complete a full cycle( a complete revolution) we come back to the same terminal side.

Therefore to find all angles which are coterminal with -271\degree we keep adding or subtracting 360\degree.

For the given interval, that is, 0\degree to 360\degree,

We add 360\degree so that we can obtain an angle coterminal with -271\degree within this interval.

This means that

-271\degree is coterminal with 360\degree + \: -271\degree=89\degree

Hence the correct and answer is D

Five more than three times a number is that number increased by 40. What is the number
rewona [7]
Let the number be n.

Then 3n+5 = n+40
Combining like terms, we get

         2n = 35, and so n = 35/7, or 17 1/2.

2. DE = EF (E is the midpoint of DF)

3. EB is common

4. ∠ABE = ∠CBE; ∠BED = ∠BEF (EB⊥AC, EB⊥DF)

5. ΔDEB ≅ ΔFEB (RHS)

6. DB = FB (corresponding ∠s of ≅ Δs)

7. ∠EFB = ∠CBF; ∠EDB = ∠ABD (alternate interior angles, AC║DF)

8. ΔABD ≅ ΔCBF (SAS)
