Brrunno [24]

The best way to destroy any harmful germs that may be present in foods is by cooking them to a certain temperature. The cooking time and temperature depend on the type of food. It is to make sure that the germs destroy but keep the nutrient.

Further explanation

Food poisoning happens because the food you eat contains some bacteria. Prepare, cook and store food correctly is important to minimize the risk of food poisoning.

There are some steps we can follow:

1. Washing hand

It's important to always wash your hand properly before handling any food or after touching raw food to prevent the germs spreading.

2. Storing meat

Raw meat, poultry, and seafood should be kept in a sealed container to prevent raw juices from contaminating other foods. Refrigerator temperature should be at 40 degrees F or below, this will inhibit bacterial growth.

3. Cooking temperature

The minimum cooking temperature varies depending on the type of food. You can use the food thermometer to check the food temperature. Meat needs to be cooked thoroughly before eating no pink meat visible when you cut into the thickest part and

any juices run clear.

4. Washing fruits and vegetables

Wash fruit and vegetables under cold running water before you eat them. This helps remove visible dirt and germs that may be on the surface.

What would happen if the dead cells of the epidermis does not flake off as new cells were formed?
Alenkasestr [34]

When these dead skin cells don't split away from the skin routinely enough, they can gather in the hair follicles on our skin, otherwise known as pores.

Explanation:

The cells in the shallow or upper layers of skin, known as the epidermis, are continually supplanting themselves. This procedure of restoration is fundamentally peeling (shedding) of the epidermis. The cells in the shallow or upper layers of skin, known as the epidermis, are continually supplanting themselves. This procedure of reestablishment is fundamentally peeling (shedding) of the epidermis.

Despite the fact that singular cells inside the skin occasionally dead and are supplanted with new cells, the scar collagen remains. Up until now, you've concentrated on the epidermis, which is the for the most part dead, top layer of your skin. Under the epidermis is a thicker second layer of skin with a ton all the more going on. This layer is known as the dermis.
