Which value from the set {1/2, 2/3, 4/3, 5/2} is a value of x that will the equation 3/4 ÷ × = 9/8 true?
Vitek1552 [10]

Answer:

2/3

Step-by-step explanation:

To find out what x is in this case, divide 3/4 by 9/8.

3/4 / 9/8

Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying it's inverse.

3/4 * 8/9

Cross cancellation (3 & 9 (GCF: 3); 4 & 8 (GCF: 4)

1/1 * 2/3

We can remove the 1/1.

2/3

2/3 is the value of x that will make 3/4 ÷ x = 9/8 true.

Tanya [424]

Answer:

I think it would be 40?

Step-by-step explanation:

I think 40 because if I recall correctly, to find the range you must subtract the max from the min, the max being 100 and the min being 60 in this case.
