Which of the following is an example of moving properly for a push-up
Juliette [100K]
I don't know what you have to choose from, but it has to be somewhere along the lines of your elbow bending to approximately a 90 degree angle and then straightening your arm out again. And you back, hips, waist, and posterior cannot be arched.

Which of the following is NOT a true statement?
Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

Option A.

Explanation:

Psychotherapy refers to the treatment of mental disorders through the use of psychological methods, rather than physical methods.

Psychotherapy can be used to treat the following:

- stress

- anxiety

- depression

- bipolar disorder

- negative behavior patterns

- debilitating feelings, etc.

The belief that seeking psychotherapy is an admission of personal weakness is unfounded because seeking therapy can be likened to seeking help, as with various other aspects of our lives. It takes strength to admit that we need help, hence seeking psychotherapy is a sign of strength rather than a sign of weakness.

List 3 differences between aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
Nitella [24]
1. aerobic means "with oxygen" and anaerobic means "without oxygen"

2. aerobic can mean small exercises meaning you aren't using too much of your body's muscles and bones to workout. Anaerobic can mean big exercises meaning weight lifting.

3. With aerobic exercise the oxygen is carried through your breath to the muscles giving them the energy they needed. This is basically an example of a warm-up before an exercise. Anaerobic however makes you out of breath quickly because without doing the warm-up and you just go into the workout you are making yourself weak and not have enough energy.

Hope this helped :)
