So since there are 3 feet in a yard all we have to do is plus 3 and 3 1/2 which is 6.5 and since there are 3 feet in a yard 3 X 6 1/2 is 19.5 hope this helped.

Mariana [72]

Answer:

Mario perdió dinero, perdió 2500 dólares

Step-by-step explanation:

x = precio de compra carro 1

x + (20% de x) = 30 000

x = 100 % de x

(100% de x) + (20% de x) = 30 000

120% de x =30 000

120% = 1.2

1.2x = 30 000

x = 25 000

y = precio de compra carro 2

y - (20% de y) = 30 000

y = 100% de y

(100% de y) - (20% de y) = 30 000

80% de y = 30 000

80% = 0.8

0.8y = 30 000

y= 37 500

3^6 over 3^? = 3^4<br><br> What is the missing value?
netineya [11]
For the question mark, we can insert a variable considering it is an unknown number.

\frac{3^6}{3^x}  =  3^4 \\ \\ 3^{6-x} = 3^4 \ / \ use \ qotient \ rule \\ \\ 6 - x = 4 \ / \ cancel \ out \ 3 \\ \\ -x = 4 - 6 \ / \ subtract \ 6 \ from \ each \ side \\ \\ -x = -2 \ / \ simplify \\ \\ x = 2 \ / \ multiply \ each \ side \ by \ -1 \\ \\ Answer: \fbox {x = 2}

In a laboratory, 3 technicians are analyzing the active ingredient in the product vials. Amir, Betty, and Carlos analyze 0.55, 0
AlladinOne [14]

Answer:

The probability is    P(C | I) =  0.025

Step-by-step explanation:

From the question we are told that

      The  proportion analyzed by  Amir is  P(A) =  0.55

      The proportion analyzed by  Betty is  P(B)  =  0.30

     The  proportion analyzed by  Carlos is  P(C) =  0.15

     The inaccuracy by  Amir  is   p = 0.6% =  0.006

     The inaccuracy by  Betty  is  b = 0.4% = 0.004

    The inaccuracy by  Carlos  is c = 0.1% =  0.001

Generally the probability of inaccurate analysis is mathematically represented as

     P(I) =  P(A) *  p  +  P(B) *  b  +  P(C) *  c

=>  P(I) =  0.55 * 0.006  +  0.30  *  0.004  +  0.15  *  0.001

=>  P(I) =  0.006

Generally the probability that an inaccurate analysis, detected at final verification, was conducted by Carlos is mathematically represented as

       P(C | I ) =  \frac{P(C) *  c}{P(I)}

=>     P(C | I) =  \frac{   0.15  *  0.001}{ 0.006}

=>     P(C | I) =  0.025
