It depends on how it was formed. If it is of concrete or other man-made metals, then it is made for the purpose of men. But, if it is made by animals, such as beavers, it is natural.

A buret was improperly read to 1 decimal place giving a reading of 27.2 mL. If the actual volume is 27.26 mL, what is the percen
Nezavi [6.7K]
Percent error can be calculated by the difference of the theoretical value and the measured value divided by the theoretical value multiplied by 100 percent.

% error = 27.26 - 27.2 / 27.26 x100
% error = 0.22%

A value close to zero would mean that the measured value is more or less near the actual value.

Explain why some pesticides bioaccumulate whereas others do not
KatRina [158]
Bioaccumulation refers to the accumulation of chemicals in a living organism. The compound or chemical accumulates at a rate faster than it is being metabolized or excreted by the organism. Chemicals bioaccumulate by binding to the proteins and fats in an organism while others bioaccumulate through the repeated consumption of contaminated organisms.

Pesticides containing chemicals that dissolve easily in fat but not in water tend to bioaccumulate. Pesticides that contain chemicals that can easily be metabolized by organisms do not bioaccumulate. In summary, the nature of the chemical used in pesticides and the capability of organisms to metabolize the said chemicals can dictate whether it will bioaccumulate or not.

denpristay [2]

Answer:

C_f=0.1755M

Explanation:

Hello,

Based on the information and the units of the given data, the integrated rate law turns out into:

\frac{dC}{dt}=-kC\\ C_f=C_0exp(-kt)\\C_f=0.25M*exp(-6.7x10^{-4}s^{-1}*8.8min*\frac{60s}{1min} )\\C_f=0.1755M

Best regards.
