Meal plans should be personalized because everyone is different. Not everyone's body works the same as yours. It can also fall in the category of a problem you may have such as diabetes. A healthy individual would get to eat just they way they want to but still should at least keep in mind to eat healthy and exercise. A person that has diabetes, they must keep their eating habits in check. They may be able to eat sweets at times but, that is way more limited than the individual that is able to eat whatever they want. Meal plans should be made specifically to benefit your needs depending on your health status.

Since you're agile but you got no strength, you are useless on the defensive line, but you can be really useful as a Runningback
Last, prepare a training regime that you will need to do in order to fulfill your role in that spport
for example, cardio conditioning on Monday- Wednesday, sprint training on Thursday, etc
