Meal plans should be personalized because everyone is different. Not everyone's body works the same as yours. It can also fall in the category of a problem you may have such as diabetes. A healthy individual would get to eat just they way they want to but still should at least keep in mind to eat healthy and exercise. A person that has diabetes, they must keep their eating habits in check. They may be able to eat sweets at times but, that is way more limited than the individual that is able to eat whatever they want. Meal plans should be made specifically to benefit your needs depending on your health status.
Tracking your flexibility over time as you train. There are no requirements on how flexible you need to be and there is no correlation of your length of life or muscle strength with how flexible you are.
