Step 1) Check if the given triangle lengths form a right triangle

3^2 + 5^2 = 6^2

9 + 25 = 36

36 = 36

Step 2) Solve for the area of the triangle

Formula: A = 1/2 x base x height

A = 1/2 x 3 x 5

A = 1/2 x 15

A = 7.5 m^2

Step 3) Solve for the perimeter of the triangle

Formula: P = sum of all sides

P = 3 + 5 + 6

P = 14 m

Ravi needs to plant 7.5m^2 of grass and put up a fence that is 14m in total length.

Hope this helps!! :)

WILL MARK BRAINLIEST Which expression is equivalent to −1.3 + (−4.9 ) + (−2.6) ?
Furkat [3]
You can remove the first plus sign to give:
-1.3 -4.9 [ because + x - = - ]
and by the same rule you can remove the the second plus sign to give
-1.3 -4.9 - 2.6
That means option b is out because it is positive.
straight away we can see that option D. equals the result, so it is in the running, so now can we eliminate c and a?
we can eliminate a because the  minus ign outside the bracket multiplied by -4.9 inside the bracket produces + 4.9, which is not the answer, so that only leaves c.
once again, a plus sign outside the bracket does not produce -4.9 when muliplied by  4.9 inside the bracket inside option c, so we can eliminate option c.
