I feel so mentally drained. I feel as though I have completely wasted all of my time and energy on school, and extra curriculars. I rarely stop to check in with myself, and as a result my mental health is quite fragile. The quarantine did not help either. Not only do I feel tired, but also alone. I feel as though everyone is living in their own bubbles and I am not worth the attention of my friends.
