Ou are shopping for groceries, and you can choose between fresh fruit and juice. Which is better for your nutrition?
FinnZ [79.3K]

In my mind, I think that fresh fruits are better because juice can contain a lot of sugar and also many brands of fruit juice in small supermarkets don't really contain a lot of real fruits, most of are just flavouring and food colouring so it's best to eat fresh fruits. In fresh fruits, the level of sugar is lower, plus some fruit skins are very nutrious and many fruit juice companies got rid of the skin in the process, so I would recommend buying fresh fruits.
