  • A person can appeal if any unfair occurs to him in any district court. There are many cases a person can appeal to his case.
  • Mainly appeal is because the person is not accepting the result. The cases for appeal are Criminal cases, Civil case, Bankruptcy case.
  • For Bankruptcy case a person will first take to the district court. Then the result will be given. If it is unfair he can appeal for the supreme court.
