No. If she selects a breakfast at random there is an equal chance she will select each item. 25% chance she will select oatmeal, 25% chance she will select cereal, 25% she will select french toast, and a 25% chance she will select scrambled eggs.
Clarissa has a 1/3 chance of getting oatmeal, if she selected randomly. Therefore, there is also a 2/3 chance that she will get French toast or scrambled eggs. In addition, Clarissa has the low odds of 1/3. Honestly though, if it were me, I'd just eat all of it.
