How to solve for average speed

Physics
1 answer:
borishaifa [10]3 years ago
4 0

The Average speed can be found by dividing the total traveled by the amount of time it took to travel that distance.

For example, if it took you 10 hours to travel 100 miles, your average speed is the amount of miles you traveled in 1 hour. Simplify.

100/10 = 10/1

Your average speed is 10 miles per hour.

How does an atom of potassium-41 become a potassium ion with a +1 charge? 19 K 39.10
stiv31 [10]

It is very difficult for an atom to accept a proton. It can only be done under very special circumstances. So A and C are both incorrect. I don't see how D is possible. The atom does lose 1 electron, but how it gets 21 is think air.

The answer is B which is exactly what happens.

Why do the graphs differ?
melisa1 [442]

Well first graph represents rectangular hyperbola

vu = c^2 ( c is constant)

AS 1/v + 1/u = 1/f

Take1/ f to be constant c

1/v = c - 1/u

it is of the form y = - x + k

Slope = -1 having intercept k as shown in fig 2
