You go 0.125 of a mile in 1 minute. So to see how far you are able to go in 11 minutes you must times that by the mile in 1 minute.

So:

0.125x11

Find the value of x to the nearest tenth.<br>
Oksi-84 [34.3K]

Ok i hope this helps and if it does pls give me brainliest!

So the longest line is 8 and makes a 90 degree angle with another smaller line which is labled 3.6. X is longer than 3.6 ( only by a little bit) But it looks like its half of the longest line (8). So i think the answer would be X equals 4. But i was thinking about it more i relized that you would prob just divide 8 by 3.6 which would be 2.22222 .... And that rounded tot he nearest 10th would be 2.2.

If Lisa and Frank share 1/3 pound of cherries equally. How many pound of cherries did each person receive
katrin [286]
Hi there!

To divide the cherries, Lisa and Frank would have divide it by 2 to get equal amount of cherries.

divide 1/3 by 2....
1/3 ÷ 2
It can be simplified as 1/3 × 1/2
1/3 × 1/2 = 1/6

Lisa and Frank received 1/6 pounds of cherries.

Hope this helped! :)
