Percent means parts out of 100
4%=4/100=0.4/10=0.04/1=0.04
4% of sale=0.04 times sales
so we have
at least means <u>></u>
so
earnings<u>></u>2200
earnings=1900+comission on sales
commision on sales=0.04 times sales
2200<u><</u>1900+0.04timessales
solve for sales

2200<u><</u>1900+0.04 times sales
subtract 1900 from both sides
300<u><</u>0.04 times sales
divide both sides by 0.04
7500<u><</u>sales

he has to sell at least $7500 per month

Identify the figure that portrays the translation of the given preimage as indicated by the direction arrow. Preimage: (1st one
Westkost [7]

Answer:

The triangle will translate along the arrow and reach the head of the arrow.

Step-by-step explanation:

Translation is a category of motion in which one body moves along towards a particular direction and reaches a particular point.

In translation, the rotational motion is not present. Also, the translational motion is a one dimensional motion.

In the given figure, the triangle is present at the tail of the arrow.

The arrow depicts the direction of the translational motion.

So, the triangle will reach the end of the arrow as shown in the picture present in the attachment.

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!! Jonas used linear combination to solve the system of equations shown. He did so by multiplying the first
OverLord2011 [107]
This question is worded slightly strangely but I believe I understand it.
To eliminate x, multiply the second equation by 8, so that it becomes 4x + .8y= 96
Then you can subtract 4x on the top by 4x on the bottom to eliminate it.

Divide. simplify your answer (2x^4-6x^3+4x^2-3x)*(2x)
lbvjy [14]

Answer:

x^3-3x^2+2x-\frac{3}{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

We can divide polynomials by other polynomials by dividing each term by the denominator. Remember, when we divide a variable by itself, we must change the exponent in our answer according to exponent rules.

\frac{ (2x^4-6x^3+4x^2-3x)}{2x}=\frac{2x^4}{2x} -\frac{6x^3}{2x} +\frac{4x^2}{2x} -\frac{3x}{2x} =x^3-3x^2+2x-\frac{3}{2}
