You can do the following:
1. Delete every photo you have of them on your phone
2. Get rid of EVERYTHING that reminds you of that person
3. Avoid meeting that person
4. Do activites that distracts you from him/her (e. g. go to the gym, travel)
5. Think if his/her flaws (most people find this hard because love is blind, and if you love someone, you overlook his/her flaws)
6. Remind yourself that you deserve better

This is just the things that I did myself and is solely based on experience. Moving on from someone is not something you can do in a SNAP but rather takes time.

I wish you all the best :))

Answer:

Well there's no real answer as to what the meaning is but it may sound cheesy or whatever but its basically what you want it to be. If you want to live and start a company or work a 6-5 job or take a vacation. It's really up to you on how you see it and what you want the meaning to be.
