A healthy relationship involves communication, shared interests, respect, and even some disagreements. Both people have mutual respect for one another.

An unhealthy relationship involves control, posessiveness, violence, and all can come from either person. You should leave the relationship if you feel you aren't valued or loved, or you are being cut off from everyone outside of the relationship.
