1 cookie=number/number where number stays constant so
1 cookie=1/1,2/2,3/3,4/4,5/5, etc

so if 3/4 of cookie eaten
the bottom number tells how many in the whole or 1 so
whole=4/4
4/4-3/4=1/4
1/4=not eaten
equivilent, multiply top and bottom number by same number
1/4 times 2/2=2/8
1/4 times 4/4=4/16
