Answer:

The cost of Daffodil bulb is $ 3.5   And

The cost of Tulip bulbs is $ 5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The total number of tulip bulbs (T) for front yard = 30

The total number of tulip bulbs for back yard = 16

The total number of daffodil bulbs (D) for front yard = 32

The total number of daffodil bulbs for back yard = 40

The amount spend on front yard = $262.00

The amount spend on back yard = $220.00

so, according to question

30 T + 32 D = $ 262

16 T + 40 D = $ 220

Or, 480 T + 512 D = 4192               ...... 1

And 480 T + 1200 D = 6600          ....... 2

Solving eq 1 and 2

Or, ( 480 T + 1200 D ) - ( 480 T + 512 D ) =  6600 - 4192

Or, 688 D = 2408

∴            D = \frac{2408}{688} = $ 3.5

Put The value of D in above eq

480 T + 1200 × (3.5) = 6600

Or, 480 T = 6600 - 4200 = 2400

∴            T =  \frac{2400}{480} = $ 5

Hence The cost of Daffodil bulb is $ 3.5   And

The cost of Tulip bulbs is $ 5    Answer

An initial population of 20 rabbits triples every half year. The function f(x) = 20(3^x) gives the population after x half-perio
luda_lava [24]

The number of rabbits that there will be in 3 years is 14,580.

<h3>What is the number of rabbits in 3 years?</h3>

The growth rates of the rabbits is an exponential growth. The formula that can be used to represent the population of the rabbits in 3 years is:

f(x) = 20(3^x)

Where x represents the number of years. The number of years is 6(3 x 2)

20 x 3^6 = 14,580
