Overweight is a disorder involving excessive body fat with a Body mass Index of 25 kg/m or less than.

Both words Obesity & Over weight both similarity definition with the only difference been Body Mass Index (BMI)

A person with a BMI of 30kg/m or more is consider to be obsese,while they with 25kg/m or less is considered to be over weight.

Both involves the accumulation of excess fats,and constant aerobic activities have proven to reduce Over weight and Obesity with Time.
