Answer:

value

Explanation:

The value of the digit within a certain number depends on its position in the number.

Positions can be shown using the place-value chart shown in the attached image

Now, to get the value of a digit, we will need to break down the number as follows:

885 = 800 + 80 + 5

Therefore:

The first 8 on the left is the hundreds and has a value of 800

The middle 8 is the tens and has a value of 80

The 5 is the units and has a value of 5

Hope this helps :)

This is stupid I know lol but I'm having a hard time remembering the difference between a histogram and a bar graph. Can someone
Y_Kistochka [10]

In Bar Graphs;

- Bars have equal space

- One the y-axis, we have numbers & on the x-axis, we have data which can be anything.

In Histograms;

- Bars are fixed

- On the y-axis, we have numbers & and on the x-axis, we have data which in continuous & will always be number.

An easy way you can remember the difference is looking at the spaces of the bars.

A bar graph has gaps

A histogram has no gaps.

Find m<DCV and m<VBD
max2010maxim [7]

9514 1404 393

Answer:

 • m∠DCV = 50°
 • m∠VBD = 50°

Step-by-step explanation:

Arc DV is 100°, so any inscribed angle that intercepts that arc will have a measure that is half of 100°, or 50°.

Inscribed angles DCV and VBD both intercept arc DV, so both are 50°.

Hence, the answer is the 4th option.
