P5 = (5-1)! = 4! = 24

But, the problem states 5 things taken 5 at a time. So, I have to consider:

P5 = (5-5!) = 0! = 1

However, the second solution does not make any sense and it does not follow the formula. The correct solution and answer is the first one. 24.
