The 3 angles of a triangle have to add up to 180 degrees. Since we are given 2 of the angles, all we have to do is add them up and then subtract from 180 to get the 3rd.

112 + 41 = 153
180 - 153 = 27

Angle 2 = 27 degrees.

That triangle is supposed to equal 180° when you add the central angles. We know 2 angels, 112° & 41° and we also know that the whole triangles angles, when added should equal 180° (only the triangle in which we are figuring out 2.)

112 + 41 = 153
180 - 153 = angle 2
180 - 153 = 27
angles 2 = 27°

Check:
27 + 112 + 41
139 + 41
180
Correct!

Angle 2 = 27°

I would use the formula
Initial x multiplier^time

So the initial is 7,500, the multiplier will be 1.03975 and then it would be to the power of 10 (time).

7500 x 1.03975^10 = $11,075.17

If john ran 5 kilometer marathon ,how long was that in meters
murzikaleks [220]
5000 meters. The prefix kilo- denotes multiplication of 1000. Using this knowledge, a kilometer can be translated to 1000 meters. The units also each have a shorthanded symbol, kilometer is km and meter is m. 1 km = 1000m Using this, we can rewrite this equation to fit our problem 5 km = ?m Substitute in meters for kilometers. 5 (1000m) = 5000m Giving us the correct answer of 5000 meters.

Brittany's car gets 31 miles per gallon. Brittany's car used 24 gallons of gas on a round trip to see the ocean. How far away fr
shutvik [7]

Answer:

 372 miles

Step-by-step explanation:

The appropriate relation is ...

 miles = (miles/gallon) × gallons

 distance = (31 mi/gal)×(24 gal) = 744 mi

Brittany drove 744 miles to see the ocean. Since this was her round trip distance, the one-way distance is ...

 744 mi/2 = 372 miles

Naddik [55]

Answer:

Total surface area=

304+9pi

~= 332.3

Step-by-step explanation:

Surface area is the areas of all the parts/sides/surfaces of the shape all added together.

There is a BOTTOM, 4 SIDES, a flat TOP, and a DOME shape.

The BOTTOM and SIDES are rectangles, so you can get the areas by multiplying length × width (or b•h)

BOTTOM: 8×10 =80

SIDES: There are 4×8 sides. 4×8 = 32. There are two of them 2×32=64.

There are 4×10 sides. 4×10 = 40. There are two of them, 2×40 = 80

For the flat TOP, it is also 8×10=80, but it has a circle cut out of it. Or, well, the circle that's under the dome doesn't count bc of the dome. So we'll take it away.

CIRCLE (under the dome):

Area of a circle is A=pi•r^2= pi•3^2

A = 9pi

So the flat TOP is:

80 - 9pi ~= 51.7

The DOME is a hemisphere (a half ball shape). Surface Area of a sphere is 4pi•r^2 We find that, then take half.

DOME =

4pi•3^2•(1/2)

= 4pi•9•(1/2)

= 18pi

~= 56.5

Now add up all the pieces:

80+64+80+80-9pi+18pi

= 304+9pi

~= 304 +28.3

= 332.3
