Answer: 4. hospital bed because it is another area in the hospital. The patient is unable to sit upright therefore a wheelchair and transferbelt would not be ideal nor is the transfer sheet without the bed

I exercise every day of the week, I found your workout plan by looking through brainly.com, If I were to make any adjustments I would most likely take out Tai chi and substitute it with something such as weigh lifting or strength training due to the reason that almost all of the workout is cardio. From the workout I feel more tired, yet at the same time more energetic, healthier, and stronger. I would be interested in continuing the exercises due to the reason that they make me in a better mind set and body than before.
