The term “legislating from the bench” is frequently used but rarely explained. In the 2008 presidential debates Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) promised he would not appoint judges who legislate from the bench. But as Bruce Peabody, author of Legislating from the Bench, a Definition and a Defense, told the HPR, “I don’t think we can know what he means … it’s hard to get much intellectual traction from the way politicians use the term.” “Legislating from the bench” implies a justice system comprised of two types of judges: those who merely interpret law and those with political agendas who create law.

Why are sheep less popular in the us than cattle and swine
WITCHER [35]

Answer:

First, it's more expensive than beef, pork, or chicken. That's probably partly because lambs are smaller animals than cattle or pigs (so you get less marketable meat from each of them), and partly because fewer people will buy it (high price and low demand create a feedback loop).

Business can communicate efficiently and effectively with their partners, suppliers, and customers and manage better their supplies, inventories, and distribution network.

Negative impacts of globalisation. Critics include groups such as environmentalists, anti-poverty campaigners and trade unionists. Globalisation operates mostly in the interests of the richest countries, which continue to dominate world trade at the expense of developing countries.

Hope this helps, sorry if not tho
