Hello!

There two triangles are exactly the same, because we see from the picture that AC = CD and BC = CE, that's two out of three sides of an triangle that are the same, hence, the third sides are equal too => AB = ED.

We now have two triangles with all sides equal to one another, they are the same!

I'm pretty sure that correct answer is That it is Almost Equal..

I wouldn't take my word for it though. You should wait for someone else's answer as well.
