we can say, to make it just like the point slope form of the line:

y=cx+f, so we first need to find the slope...c=110-95=125-110=15 so

y=15x+f, now we can solve for her fixed income using (1,95)

95=15(1)+f

f=80 so

y=15x+80  (so C. is the answer)
