[(x+1)(4x²-9x+7)]/(x+1) + 4/(x+1)
4x²-9x+7 + 4/(x+1)
Length of one side = 36ft
Width of one side = 23ft
Length of 2 sides = 72ft
Width of 2 sides = 46ft
72+46 = 118
