Healing wounds, especially full-thickness wounds, require an adequate supply of nutrients. Wounds require calories, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals, and adequate fluid intake. Calories provide energy for all cellular activity, and when in short supply in the diet, the body will utilize stored fat and protein.Sufficient dietary calories maintain padding and ensure that dietary protein and fats are available for use in wound healing. In addition, adequate levels of protein are necessary for repair and replacement of tissue. Increased protein intake is particularly important for wounds where there is significant tissue loss requiring the production of large amounts of connective tissue.

Explain how human embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells, and skin cells taken from the same person would be the same and how th
nexus9112 [7]
All three cells would be similar since they all share the same hysteroscopic pathology being that they are all from the same individual. However, the ways in which they are different are vast and can be described ad nauseam. Suffice it to say that an embryonic stem cell is the most pure form of a cell, and can be used in a variety of different stem cell therapies for that reason. The skin cells would be most useful in terms of skin grafts, while adult stem cells are found only in mature individuals (ie: adults) and have little purpose other than supplying the organism with energy storage capacities. The differences briefly described here are due, in large part, to the tenets of the cell theory which states that all organisms, whether single celled or otherwise, are comprised of one or more cells containing DNA.

The symptoms that shelly is experiencing result from the interactions between streptococus pyogenes (a prokaryote) and the cells
Arlecino [84]

Explanation:

While only eukaryotes contain nuclei, rough Endoplasmic reticulum, the golgi complex and mitochondria. Prokaryotes, are unique ad contain a characteristic capsule, while both may have plasma membranes, ribosomes, flagella and a cytoplasm.

Explanation:

Cells are the basic microscopic units of all organisms. There are two cell types, Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes.

Prokaryotic ( meaning pro: before and Karyon: for kernel/nut) describes organisms which don’t have a cell nucleus or other organelles surrounded by membranes. Eukaryotic (eu meaning true), are organisms with a cell nucleus and several other organelles surrounded by membranes.

Their structural components (i.e. their makeup) determine their function (what they do). Arranged in a phospholipid bilayer it is a semi-permeable membrane into the extracellular fluid or the cytoplasm which are both hydrophilic and contain large concentrations of polar water molecules or other water-soluble compounds. The hydrophilic heads of the bilayer are attracted to water while their water-repellent hydrophobic tails face towards each other- allowing molecules of water and hydrophilic molecules to move across the membrane along the concentration gradient.

These may increase metabolic reaction efficiency and separate proteins and molecules that may harm the cell by parceling them into membrane-bound organelles.
