Endoplasmic reticulum is an organelle within a cell. It is divided into smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum. Smooth endoplasmic reticulum is involved in synthesis and transportation of of lipids while rough endoplasmic reticulum contains ribosomes which are responsible for synthesis of proteins, therefore rough ER is involved in transportation of proteins. A few proteins are synthesized in the mitochondria and the plastids. Therefore, proteins synthesized elsewhere other than the rough ER are the Mitochondrial proteins

Presidential Reconstruction
In the spring of 1865, the Civil War came to an end, leaving over 620,000 dead and a devastating path of destruction throughout the south. The North now faced the task of reconstructing the ravaged and indignant Confederate states. There were many important questions that needed to be answered as the nation faced the challenges of peace:
<span>Who would direct the process of Reconstruction? The South itself, Congress, or the President?Should the Confederate leaders be tried for treason? How would the south, both physically and economically devastated, be rebuilt? And at whose expense? How would the south be readmitted and reintegrated into the Union?<span>What should be done with over four million freed slaves? Were they to be given land, social equality, education, and voting rights?</span></span>
In C4 plants, photosynthesis is compartmentalized into two; light-dependent stage and light independent stage. The light-dependent stage occurs in the mesophyll cells of the leaf. Here, CO2 is fixed into oxaloacetate by PEP carboxylase enzyme. The oxaloacetate is then converted to malate that is then transported to bundle-sheath cells (around the leaf veins). The CO2 is then released from the malate and the gas molecule is subsequently fixed by RuBiSCO like in C3 plants. The biggest advantage of C4 photosytheis is that the wasteful process of photorespiration is greatly reduced.

a satellite tag usually has a tether attached to it and it is attached to the dorsal fin of the shark. A satellite tag is simply an instrument that we can attach to live swimming sharks that can send information to satellites and thereby transmit information to us and tell us the exact location of the shark and also where the sharks are swimming to.
