Proteins is important because protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it.

Proteins are important part of cells. it is a macro nutrient that body needs to function properly. Actually every animals ( including humans beings ) store energy in their body as bonds between molecules they have. One of the most important part of protein class are enzymes that are used primarily for to break these bonds whenever the body need energy for functions it has to perform. The most stable form of proteins are carbon bonds storage also called as carbohydrates which has 2 important types as sugars and fats. Proteins are also major source for vitamins and minerals stored in body.
