The genuine strategy for behavior change regrets to provide temporary difficulties. As per the "SMART" principles, a behavior change example "drinking eight glasses of water daily" is a standard of living pragmatically.

Possibilities of progress in behavior management reduction are if, variation in behavior is sincere and constant. To improve, assure progress with a behavior change plan and better recognize possible biogenetic parts.

Which is the best description of obesity?
Ksenya-84 [330]

A. A person is obese if he or she has an excess amount of body fat.

The reason for A and not B is because someone with a lot of muscles could weigh more based on their BMI, which doesn't differentiate between the weight from muscles vs. fat
