Okay so, Andrea is wanting to improve flexibility. The question is asking what would NOT compliment her present work out. She is already doing flexiblity and strength buliding exercises.
Biking- This is a cardio exercise and will work on her endurance
Cross Country Skiing- I am not really sure what all this has to deal with but I assume cardio and strength buliding

Having your own place to live eventually would be needed especially if you decided to make a commitment to other person or start a family. Having reliable transportation is important mostly to enable you doing your occupation as adult.
