The best response that the nurse could give to the client is that the procedure that she or he is performing is wrong for it could cause harm to eye, promoting injury or could lead to blindness. It is best that the nurse should teach the client the proper way to do it in a proper procedure and where the eyedrops are not targeted in the middle of the eye.
