Honestly, it’s your bodies natural response to something serious. Your nervous to say the least. Happens to me if I’m honest.

Well you can choose replacement behaviors for the laughter. What can you do instead of laughing nervously? For example, nod, exhale slowly, or click a pen. Try to figure out what makes you laugh then go from there. You can also focus on something like you shoes, hands etc.
