More individualistic cultures value trial and error learning and autonomy more, they are classified as dispositional.  In this type of culture, it is believed that all individuals in general are important; In collectivist cultures, the importance of individuals is mainly dependent on the group to which they belong.

In individualistic cultures, people are supposed to treat other people fundamentally on the basis of what they are, how and as individuals, while in collectivist cultures there is a cultural tendency to treat people based on their belonging group, or other groups with others. who identify themselves, excluding from the circle that deserves preferential and privileged treatment, all those who are foreign to them.
