Answer:

Break Even Point

In Units = 2,000 units

In value = $80,000

Explanation:

Break even Point = \frac{Fixed\ Cost}{Contribution}

When we use contribution per unit, we get the break even point in units sales.

When we use the contribution margin as a percentage of sales we get break even sales in value.

Contribution per unit = $20

Contribution margin in percentage = $20/$40 = 50%

Therefore, Break even Point in units = \frac{40,000}{20} = 2,000

Break even units = 2,000

Break Even Point in value = \frac{40,000}{0.50} = 80,000

Sales to be made in value at break even = $80,000

For each transaction recorded in an accounting system, the basic equation that must be maintained at all times is: Revenues = Ex
spayn [35]

Answer: Assets = Liabilities + Stockholders Equity.

Explanation: Assets refers to the resources owned by a firm for operating its business. Equity refers to the amount of fund invested in the business by the shareholders and liabilities are the obligations of the business.

Thus, it is assumed that every asset that an organisation owns is either purchased by the funds that belongs to the shareholders or on credit by taking liabilities into account.

Hence, from the above we can conclude that ,Assets = Liabilities + Stockholders Equity, correctly depicts the accounting equation.

Natasha2012 [34]

A global recession might limit the benefits of diversifying your investments because most investments may perform poorly if all countries are in a recession

A prolonged period of worldwide economic contraction is referred to as a global recession. As a result of trade links and international financial systems, economic shocks and the effects of recession spread from one nation to the next, causing more or less synchronized recessions in many national economies.

A decline in global per capita gross domestic product (GDP) is one of the factors the International Monetary Fund (IMF) employs to identify global recessions. The IMF defines this decline in global output as having to occur at the same time as a deterioration of other macroeconomic indices, such as trade, capital flows, and employment.
