A- people get online and have a sort of shield which makes them feel protected but the internet is more exposing and can harm others and yourself if you get out of line and say something you wouldn’t online
When you are in stress your body and mind are tense and your body and mind cannot concentrate or operate as it normally does, Resulting in many different downsides like not being able to exercise properly.
