Worth 14 points please help I need a expert
lesantik [10]

Answer:

x=13

Step-by-step explanation:

we can guess that the three angles are a linear pair and equal 180

in this case we can start writing a equation

x+105+62=180

now we can subtract both whole numbers from 180 but that takes longer, so we will combine the whole numbers on the left side.

x+167=180

now we can go ahead and subtract 167 from both sides. by doing so, it isolates the x and gives you your answer

180-167=13

so... x=13

It took Alice 6 5/6 hours to drive to her grandparents' house for Thanksgiving. On the way home, she ran into traffic and it too
salantis [7]

Time taken to drive to her grandparents house = 6 5/6  hours

We convert this mixed into improper fraction, we get = 41/6 hours

Time taken to drive to her grandparents house = 41/6 hours

Time taken to drive back = 8 2/9 hours

We convert this mixed into improper fraction, we get = 74/9 hours

Time taken to drive back = 74/9 hours

Difference between the two = 74/9 - 41/6  = (148-123)/18 = 25/18 hours = 1 7/18 hours

Therefore it took 1 7/18 hours longer to drive back.

Someone tell me how to answer this step by step
LekaFEV [45]
1. You have to count the boxes that equal the length, width, and height or the prism.
2. The height = 4, length = 5, width = 2
3. Then multiply 2.5 x 4, 2.5 x 5, and 2.5 x 2 in order to get the actual length, height, and width. (1 box = 2.5)
4. The new height = 10, length = 12.5, and the width = 5
5. Now that you have the measurements of the length, width and height now you can plug those numbers into the volume of a rectangular prism formula (l x w x h)
6. So 10 x 12.5 x 5 = 625
The answer is D 625

You are dealt one card from a 52-card deck. Find the probability that you are not dealt a non-picture card.
andreyandreev [35.5K]

Picture cards are Jacks, queens and Kings. There are 4 of each for a total of 12 picture cards.

52-12 = 40 non picture cards.

Probability of being dealt a non picture card would be 40/52

The probability of not being dealt a non picture card would be 1 - 40/52 = 12/52 = 3/13

Answer: 3/13
