4. How much did insurance pay? Why?
Dmitriy789 [7]

The first is your limits — that is, the maximum amount your insurance company will pay in the event of a claim. Limits are usually written like this: $50,000/$100,000. That means your insurer will pay up to $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident. The second number to know is your deductible.

Describe an activity that relies more on carbohydrates in a person’s diet and an activity that relies more on protein.
Serggg [28]

Carbohydrates:

high intensity training AKA: Interval Training

As when doing Interval Training you do it for long periods of time so if you don't have carbohydrates in your diet you will feel tired and you won't be able to perform at your best.

Proteins:

weightlifting AKA: Lifting Weights

When you are weight lifting for example you burn off a lot of your energy and your body does require nutrients to recover that's where proteins come into play, proteins help with muscle growth, and repair's your muscles.
