By now, you should know that stress is something that can be controlled through diet and exercise. This article describes other

ways to keep stress under control. Which of the recommendations in this article do you currently use to manage stress? If you don’t use any of the recommendations, what other techniques work for you? If you don’t use any stress-reduction techniques, write about one or more of the recommendations that you could foresee using in the future. Under what circumstances might you use the techniques? Your response to these questions should be two to three paragraphs long, with about 50 to 100 words per paragraph.

Answer

Hope this helps. Leave a heart if this helps.

Explanation:

First, think up some of coping skills (A coping skill is a way that helps if you are stressed and or angry) and apply them to a daily lifestyle and write about it. If you need to get a good grade on this than make sure to look at the punctuation and the spelling to check for errors.

Hope this helps. Leave a heart if this helps.

How would you imagine yourself integrating Vygotsky's notion of scaffolding, such as mixed-age grouping or heterogeneous reading
Eddi Din [679]

I would positively imagine myself integrating Vygotsky's notion of scaffolding, such as mixed age grouping or heterogeneous reading or maths groups.

Explanation:

Vygotsky's notion of scaffolding is a part of educational concept of Zone of proximal development also called ZPD.

It says that the set of skills that a child or a student cannot achieve by himself, can be achieved with the help of someone else.

For example: In a mixed- age group reading, a kindergartner would not be able to read a story book of a length by himself, as he is just learning to read and write.

But with the help of kids who are older than him, the child would be able to learn the letters and some small sentences faster.
