Our helpful bacteria breaks down our carbohydrates (or sugars) and toxins,

And helps us to absorb the fatty acids which is essential for cells to grow.

Most importantly, our good bacteria in our body helps get rid of the bad bacteria so they don't have a chance to grow and cause a disease and things like that.

Hi There!

Answer - Most bacteria is beneficial to us or harmless. Some bacteria break down fat acids which a good thing for cells to grow. Since there is more good bacteria than bad bacteria the good bcteria prevents the bad bacteria from growing and spreading.
