when the authorities or governments try to use oppressive, coercive or impulsive action against citizen's rights.

They can raise their voice on behalf of stated and written laws and rights against the Injudicious and impulsive behaviors of authorities.

and stated rights could protect the citizen's rights.

The government should mention all the rights of the citizens because the main objective of the government and authorities to protect the rights and development of the citizens.

We don't want authority taking away the rights that our society agrees people should have, and we want to prevent that, peaceably, using the rule of law. </span>
