A value is something that you find important for everyone close to you to have, a trait that you value and find good. A strength is something that you are good at, something that comes easy to you, whether you worked hard at it or it was always a strength of yours.
One of my values is kindness. I would like for everyone in my inner circle to be of kind composition. Kindness is also a strength of mine. I find it easy to be kind to everyone, especially those who need it most. I am able to use empathy and sympathy when people are upset or even acting out in a way that harms me or my loved ones.
Another one of my values is wit. I appreciate that everyone in my inner circle is very witty, always quick to make a funny remark in a time of need. Wit is a strength of mine as well. I am always quick to make a time-fitting joke when someone needs cheering up, or just to add to the intellectual stimulation of the conversation.
If a person sets some values for himself/herself, then he will lead a more happy, determined and satisfactory life. Our values are things which we consider our important and should be followed by us.
Two of the values which I think are strengthening in my life are:
Always being positive: I have learnt that keeping your mind positive will lead to better opportunities. The more negative my mind will be, the more will be the chances for every situation to turn into a disaster. This value has led me to become strong and strengthen my believe on myself.
Avoiding taking or giving loans: One of my values is to work hard so that I never find myself asking for money. This strengthens my faith in me.
