This affirmation is false.

A cover letter is a document that is sent alongside your curriculum vitae (CV).

It is not about your skills, though, unlike your CV. The Cover Letter is meant to  introduce yourself to the company, state your interest in the job, why you want it and maybe, even why you'd be good at it. In other words, it is meant to draw attention. The way you do that nowadays is pretty much the same, but instead of on a paper, you do it by e-mail.

Answer:

The affirmation is not correct. This is why the correct answer to this question is F, it is false.

Explanation:

Cover letters, whether in electronic, or paper format, are not meant to be a part of a curriculum vitae, or as a form to extend the curriculum. They are literally defined as a document, of only one page in length, that introduces you to a company and states why you are an ideal candidate for the position you are applying to. Basically, its purpose, aside from giving the recruiters of a company a bit more information about a candidate, is to encourage them to take a look at the resume accompanying the cover letter and take him/her into consideration given the skills and abilities that respond to the requirements of the job posted. The structure, length, and format of the cover letter, is not altered depending on the format in which the letter is being written. This is why the statement is false.

Explanation:

Alex volunteers for an experiment being conducted by a group of neurosurgeons. As part of the experiment, he is taken to a dark room and a part of his brain is activated with electricity. For a moment, Alex sees flashes of light even though the room is pretty dark because Alex's occipital lobe is artificially stimulated.

Occipital lobe is one of the four lobs in the cerebral complex of brain. It is related to the visual effects in the brain of the mammal. It is also known as the visual processing center. This is reason why Alex saw flashes even though it was dark.
