Answer:

by tricking ur brain into thinking everything is cupcakes and rainbows.

Explanation:

yea it sounds dumb but it is better then being paranoid, sad, and numb. (speaking from experience) and yes if u look on the positive side of everything, u might get let down but since ur positive u can just except it and move on with ur life. you also might say you will trust ppl too easily, but being positive and having a brain are two different things. if your positive, ur brain tricks itself into thinking u have no stress and that there is nothing to stress about. maybe a friend is causing u to stress, figure out what exactly they are doing that u stress about and maybe let them know. then when u make new friends, make sure to stay away from ppl that cause u to feel that way. and if ur friend just doesnt change, drop them. just look on the positive side of it, u are now going to surround urself with ppl who make u feel good and that are also positive. if school is causing u stress, try a different schedule order, go to bed earlier so u have a full nights rest for ur school day, try a different studying approach, just do something different. idk if this is exactly what u asked for but i hope it helps anyway.

1) TARGET HEART RATE
Veseljchak [2.6K]

Answer:

A 17 year old with a resting heart rate of 62 bpm has a maximum hearth rate of 203 bpm, a hearth rate reserve of 141 bpm and target hearth rate between 161 and 182 bpm

Explanation:

Target heart rate is a measure used to calculate the range of heart rate that should be maintained during intense exercise.

Knowing a person's age and resting heart rate (RHR), a target heart rate calculation can be made from the maximum heart rate (MHR) and the hearth rate reserve (HRR)

Data:

- Age: 17 years old

- RHR: 68 bpm

The maximum heart rate is calculated by subtracting age from a constant value of 220, so:

  • MHR = 220 - age
  • MHR = 220 - 17
  • MHR = 203 bpm

HRR is calculated by subtracting the resting heart rate (RHR) from the MHR value:

  • HRR = MHR - RHR
  • HRR = 203 - 62
  • HRR = 141 bpm

THR is obtained by multiplying the HRR by 0.7 and 0.85, to obtain the range of heart rate in which the exercise can be performed.

  1. THR lower limit = (HRR x 0.7) + RHR                                                   Lower THR = (141 x 0.7) + 62 = 160.7 ≈ 161 bpm
  2. THR top limit = (HRR x 0.85) + RHR                                                         THR top = (141 x 0.85) + 62 =  181,85 ≈ 182 bpm

For the 17-year-old, the ideal target heart rate for an intense exercise is between the values of  161 and 182 bpm.

1. Tasha pronounces the h in the words hour, honest, and heir. Austin pronounces the h in the words holly, hold, and hand. Who i
ASHA 777 [7]
1. A Austin. The h is pronounced in all of the words he  is saying whereas the h is silent in all of Tasha's words.

2. It's a toss up, but I would say C George. This is because I'm assuming that even though Sara is nodding her head and saying yes every now and then, she is not engaging any further with the conversation with Abe.

However, if George is predicting what the Jose is going to say next, then he is actively listening to him as well as forming a reply. This means that he is more invested in the conversation because he is also listening as well.

3. A Perhaps. Without pronouncing the h, it would sound more like "perps", which is cop slang for "perpetrator", which is not correct.
