Mean is when you take all the numbers and add them together and divide by the amount of numbers there

Example: Find the mean of :3,4,6,7

So you a 3+4+6+7=20 divide that by 4(because there you added 4 numbers) and that equals 5

Your first picture would be 148.8

For the second picture could you retake it. It says there are four bicycles and it looks like the table graph has more bikes and costs but I can't see it, so could you scroll it down, so I could see the graph please.

For the third picture it would be 15

You find the mean by adding up all the numbers and dividing your sum by all the amount of numbers they give you

For example, the third one.

It says find the mean of 2, 6, 8, 10, and 49

That means to add all those together, which is 75

Then, you would divide 75 by 5 because they give you 5 numbers

Those 5 numbers are 2, 6, 8, 10 and 49

75/5= 15

Hope this helps :)

Virty [35]
Approx - 10%

72 students signed up for canoeing + the 23 students who signed up for trekking + the 13 students who signed up for both = 108 students

there are 120 students total, so you have to subtract 120 - 108 = 12

Now to find the percentage, you have to divide the number of students who didn't sign up for either, by the total

which is .1 = 10/100 = 10%
